Sam Mark

Specialties Diabetic wound care and limb salvage, sports medicine, and reconstructive surgery

Originally from New York, Dr. Sam Mark joined the practice in October 2021. Dr. Mark received his undergraduate degree from Stony Brook University in 2012 and his medical degree from New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 2017. As the Chief resident, Dr. Mark completed his medical and surgical residency under Dr. David Gitlin at Mount Sinai Beth Israel in 2021, where he received comprehensive training in forefoot and rearfoot reconstructive surgery. His clinical interests and areas of focus include bunion and hammertoe deformities, sports medicine, diabetic wound care management, and limb salvage. He is fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin.
Dr. Mark is on staff at INOVA's Alexandria Hospital and Mount Vernon 
Hospital.
In his spare time, Dr. Mark likes to run, play table tennis, bake and spend time with his family and cats.
